We were tasked by Cowshed, ScreenSkills' agency, to create a TikTok channel to inspire 13-18 year olds to consider behind-the-camera roles in high-end TV. We also aimed to engage 18-25 year olds interested in upskilling. My team proposed a monthly podcast as an easy-to-consume platform for graduates to share their experiences and ideas.
